The 2018 Tecmo Bowl World Championship Sat. March 31st in Omaha Nebraska.
Tournament consists of a 16 player double elimination tournament.
The equipment will be provided by the tournament organizer.

Each contest begins with a coin toss. The coin toss winner decides which 2 teams will be used in the game.
The loser of the coin toss then has 2 choices...
-They have 1st choice of team and take the player 2 controller,
-or they can choose to be Player 1, and deferring the 1st choice of team to the other player.

Registered players will be required to pay entry fee by Wednesday, November 1st in order to reserve their spot.
Once the 16 spots are filled, additional entry fees will be collected for those wanting to join the reserve list.
Payment can be made via paypal, or by mail with a check.

- A preliminary set of games will be played to determine seeding for the actual double elimination bracket.
In the prelim round, each person plays 2 games. Losses in the preliminary round do not count towards elimination.

The offense is not allowed to gain yards when the defense chooses the same play.
